2. Respect all religions – Offensive remarks will result in a mute.
3. No insulting teammates – Keep the game fun and positive.
4. No spreading false rumors – This will lead to chat restrictions.
5. No abusing character names or guild names – Violations will result in a ban.
6. No abusing bugs – Always report bugs instead of exploiting them.
7. No advertising other servers – Talking about other servers in chat is forbidden.
8. No hacking or cheating – Using hacks will result in an IP ban.
9. Follow all game restrictions – Bypassing limits will lead to a ban.
10. No unauthorized events – Hosting events without GM approval is not allowed.

- You haven’t played for more than 2 hours within 14 days of purchase.
- You haven’t bought any in-game items.
Refunds are not available if:
