You Agree To The Following:

• The Quadro team will not intervene if third-party players harass or cause harm to you or your belongings in the in-game chat.
• Account security is the responsibility of the player. Quadro will not become involved in any issues related to account hacking or scams. Players are encouraged to use a unique password and enable the character lock feature in-game to prevent potential account compromises.
• You consent to the temporary suspension of your account for investigation if suspicious activity is detected (such as the use of illegal software, including virtual machines or modified DLL files). In such cases, you will need to provide photographic evidence of your devices in order to regain access to your blocked account.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Quadro team reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts without notice if a user is found to be damaging the reputation of Quadro, either in-game or on third-party platforms.
